PayTrace’s success is directly dependant on the success of our sales partners in selling PayTrace. Therefore, we are committed to supporting our sales partners through the entire sales process in any way we can. Below are several ways in which we offer sales support. And, we're always open to other ideas and situation specific requests. We work hard to help you succeed as a PayTrace sales partner.

Demonstration Accounts

Upon becoming a PayTrace sales partner, you will be given login credentials to both PayTrace Basic and PayTrace Professional demonstration accounts. The PayTrace Professional account will have all available options enabled, in order to give you full access to all solutions that PayTrace offers. You will be able to use these accounts to provide demonstrations to prospective merchants at any time and on any internet enabled computer.

Marketing Materials

Please visit the Sales Brochures page for access to a comprehensive collection of marketing pieces that cover PayTrace’s products. Please feel free to download these brochures and print them or distribute them electronically. We also strive to provide hard copies of select marketing pieces. Demonstration Videos

Please visit the Demonstration Videos page for access to PayTrace’s demonstration videos. Please feel free to share these videos to prospective merchants as a means of demonstrating the system to them.

Live Online Sales Demonstrations Support

We are happy to provide joint online demonstrations to prospective merchants with our sales partners. Please request live sales demonstration support at least 24hours prior to the time you would like to schedule the demonstration. Providing us this lead-time maximizes our ability to make sure we have training staff available to cover the demonstration. Live Online Sales Training

We are happy to provide live online sales training to our sales partners on a by-request basis. If you are interested in participating in a live online sales training or in setting up a live online sales training for your organization, please contact us at Sales@PayTrace.com.
