PayTrace’s relationships with its sales partners are mutually beneficial. Our sales partners add significant value to PayTrace by working closely with merchants on an individual and at times in-person level. Our sales partners also provide merchants with a merchant service account; which is beyond the scope of PayTrace's business. Conversely, our Sales Partners benefit by being able to provide PayTrace, an industry leading solution, to their merchants.

We highly value our relationships with our current sales partners and are always interested in building relationship with new sales partners. Our success is directly tied to the success of our sales partners. Therefore, you’ll find that we are an advocate for your success every step of the way.

Reseller Program

PayTrace's Reseller Program is specifically designed for sales partners that can provide the following support to merchants:

  • Pair merchants with a merchant service account.
  • Board merchants in to the PayTrace system through the PayTrace Reseller interface.
  • Participate in training merchants on the PayTrace system.
  • Assist in providing customer support to merchants utilizing PayTrace.

We are happy to help as applicable in any of the above areas. However, we see our Resellers as partners and therefore strive to achieve a balanced approach where we both participate in ensuring the merchant’s satisfaction.
