3. 10/28/2009PayTrace Adds Authorization Reversal Functionality

   Vancouver, Wash.-October 28, 2009-- PayTrace announces that all of it’s processing solutions have been updated to send authorization reversal requests to the processing network and issuing bank when a void is processed or a transaction is automatically voided. PayTrace is one of the few payment processing solutions to offer this enhanced functionality.

   This update is designed to release transaction authorizations all the way back to the issuer when a transaction is voided. By using PayTrace, merchants will remain in compliance with Visa’s October 2009 enhancement, which will keep them from being charged Visa’s ghost authorization fee. In addition, merchants will spend less time managing customer inquiries regarding duplicate and stale authorizations.

4. 10/27/2009PayTrace Adds Convenience Fee Functionality to Pre-Integrated Payment Shopping Cart

   Vancouver, Wash.-October 27, 2009-- PayTrace announces that it has added the ability to process convenience fees through its pre-integrated Payment Shopping Cart. Convenience fees may be added as fixed amounts or as a percentage of the overall transaction amount. In order to provide clarity, the title of the surcharge field may be customized to the merchant’s liking.

   This additional functionality allows PayTrace to provide a complete and robust payment processing solution to industries where merchants typically charge surcharges/convenience fees for credit card transactions and the merchants want to accept payments in an online environment.

5. 06/26/2009PayTrace Announces Certification to Support MagTek MagneSafe Card Readers

   Vancouver, Wash.-June 18, 2009-- PayTrace announces that it is now certified to support MagTek’s MagneSafe encrypted card readers. These card readers encrypt credit card data at the reader so only encrypted data is handled by the merchant’s computer.

   PayTrace supports MagneSafe Mini card readers configured for USB Keyboard Emulation. The MagTek part numbers corresponding with these readers are: 21073014 and 21073022. Please visit http://www.magtek.com for more information on the card readers.

   By supporting MagTek’s MagneSafe card readers, PayTrace is able to help merchants securely accept and process retail/swiped transactions. Card values are encrypted throughout the merchant’s network/computer, and PayTrace communicates with MagTek in real-time to decrypt the card value.

6. 09/25/2008PayTrace Announces the Addition of ACH Check Processing

   Vancouver, Wash.-September 25, 2008-- PayTrace announces the addition of ACH Check Processing to its suite of payment processing solutions. ACH Check Processing rounds-out PayTrace's supported payment processing methods which already include: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Diner's Club, JCB, and, American Express credit cards, as well as TenderCard and Valutec gift cards.

8. 06/12/2008PayTrace Announces Cash & Check Transaction Recording

   Vancouver, Wash.-June 12, 2008-- PayTrace announces that it now offers the ability to enter cash and check transactions through all Virtual Terminal and Mobile transaction pages. Cash and check transactions are included in the View Transaction report that may viewed online and downloaded to the user's computer. Receipts can also be generated for cash and check transactions.

   By entering cash and check transactions in to PayTrace, a merchant can now store records of these transactions in the same place as their credit card transaction records. Reports can be run that include cash and check transactions. Receipts can also be generated for cash and check transactions.

   Storing cash and check transactions in PayTrace allows the user to use PayTrace as a comprehensive payment tracking and reporting system.
